Aura Counselling Services specializes in providing attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy. 


Our team is committed to providing compassionate care using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), the Psychobiological Approach to Couple’s Therapy (PACT), and more depending on your therapists' background.
