Maryse is a a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a bilingual Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Alberta and a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Maryse has a special interest in working with adults and couples. She has clinical experience in counselling treatment and research, with both youths and adults experiencing different concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, trauma as well as interpersonal concerns.
Maryse focuses on providing hands on tools and interventions that work to reduce presenting concerns and improve your quality of life as a result of developing new coping strategies. These coping strategies will help you become more resilient when facing challenges and can lead to improved self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. As an Attachment therapist, Maryse can help you explore the root of some of your core issues to foster self-awareness and understanding. The explorative approach in counselling will also help you understand yourself and your symptoms, which is crucial in fostering long-term change.
Her goal is to understand you, make you feel valued and accepted and also to make you feel empowered. Together, you will begin a journey of self-discovery, healing and growth.

Availability: In-person and/or virtual availability on Monday mornings/afternoons, Wednesday & Thursday afternoons/evenings and Friday mornings. Maryse is bilingual (French/English) and provides counselling to teens, individuals and couples.
As a therapist, Cléa prioritizes collaboration with clients to create a team-like atmosphere. She specializes in helping adults and adolescents (14+) overcome a range of mental health concerns, including relational/developmental trauma, poor emotion management, anxiety, depression, emotional eating and ADHD. Cléa also works with couples who need help navigating infidelity, intimacy, breaches of trust, communication issues, parenting differences and more.
Through evidence-based techniques and an individualized approach, Cléa works with clients to develop the skills and strategies they need to thrive. Her primary therapeutic approaches include Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT) , Polyvagal Therapy, Self-Compassion-Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She also uses Mindfulness-Based interventions as a foundation to build psychological flexibility. In her work with couples, Cléa uses a Psychobiological Approach (PACT) that combines attachment theory, developmental neuroscience, and arousal regulation to help couples reach secure functioning, become experts on each other and improve their relationship dynamics.
Cléa is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Communications from the University of Ottawa. She is fully bilingual and can offer services both in English and French.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, Akriti is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. Akriti specializes in working with individuals, youth and couples who are experiencing challenges in their lives. Akriti has experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, eating disorders/disordered eating, body image, ADHD, parenting concerns and trauma-related symptoms.
Akriti draws from various approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method, Somatic-experiencing, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and self-compassion. She ensures that each therapy session is tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. Akriti believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
Akriti holds a Masters in Counseling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and she is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO.
